Field Staff
We are looking for team members who will be the face of talep.ai in the field, working face to face with service providers and customers to safeguard service quality on site.
What you will do
- Visit service providers (tradespeople, companies, freelancers) on site and support them while they join the platform
- Help keep providers' profiles, documents and service areas accurate and complete
- When needed, visit customers to check satisfaction and quality after a service
- Record field observations with photos and short reports in the mobile app
- Support the team with field logistics such as promotional material, equipment and paperwork
- Regularly pass feedback from the field to the operations and product teams
What we are looking for
- At least 18 years old
- Friendly, organised and a strong communicator
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
- Flexible enough to travel to different locations during the day
- Takes responsibility and follows up on their own work
Nice to have
- Class B (or class A) driving licence
- Experience in field sales, customer relations, courier / delivery or technical service
- Good knowledge of the area you want to work in
