Having trouble using the platform, the mobile app, notifications or other technical issues?
You can sign up for free by clicking the “Sign up” button on the homepage or by going directly to the registration page. After filling out the registration form, activate your account by clicking the confirmation link sent to your email address.
No, creating requests on the talep.ai platform is completely free for users. You only pay the agreed price for the service you receive; there is no charge for using the platform.
To register as a service provider, go to the “Service Providers” page and fill out the form. Once you've uploaded the required documents and completed the approval process, you can start offering services on the platform.
Click the “Forgot password” link on the login page to start the password reset process. You can then set a new password using the link sent to your email address.
