Don't miss an expiry date
Save your policies, warranties, invoices, vehicle registration and contracts with type, issuer, start and expiry date, and attach up to 5 files (photos or PDFs) to each. The list shows documents that are about to expire and expired ones separately.

30, 7 and 1 day before
For each document with an expiry date you choose the reminder days (up to three between 1 and 90 days; 30, 7 and 1 by default). The reminder arrives at 09:00 Istanbul time as an in-app notification and by email. If you change the expiry date, the reminders are set for the new date.

Get a quote before your policy expires
For renewable insurance policies, "Request renewal quote" creates an insurance request with your current expiry date and insurer. Your policy number is shared only if you allow it. If a renewal request is already open, a second one isn't created; you're taken to the existing request.

Your documents are yours only
Policy numbers and notes are stored encrypted and shown decrypted only to you. Nobody but you can see Documents files, talep.ai admins included. File links are short-lived and personal; location and device data are removed from photos.

Your consent first
Health data is a special category of personal data. The Health section doesn't open until you read and accept the consent text; if the text is updated you're asked again, and you can withdraw your consent. The section gives no medical interpretation or advice; your measurements are not labelled "high" or "normal".

A reminder at dose time
Add your medications with up to 8 times a day, the weekdays you choose and a start and end date. A reminder arrives at each dose time; you mark the dose as "taken" or "skipped". Weekly adherence is the share of due doses that were taken.

Blood pressure, glucose, weight
Record blood pressure (systolic, diastolic and pulse), blood glucose (mg/dL or mmol/L) and weight, and see the history. Values are not interpreted; you keep a tidy record to share with your doctor.

Your calendar and appointments
Record your vaccination and check-up dates; you're reminded at 09:00 the day before (the notification doesn't include the title). Dentist and clinic appointments and your requests in these areas appear on the same tab; for a new appointment you can write to the assistant.

What can I add to Documents, and will I be reminded?
You can add insurance policies (DASK, kasko, traffic, home, health, life, travel), warranties, invoices, vehicle registration and contracts, with up to 5 photos or PDFs per document. You're reminded at 09:00 before the expiry date (30, 7 and 1 day by default), and for insurance you can request a renewal quote in one tap.
Is the Health section secure, and does it give medical advice?
The Health section opens only with your explicit consent. Medication names, doses, measurement values and notes are stored encrypted and shown only to you; reminder notifications never contain the medication name. The section gives no medical interpretation or advice and doesn't evaluate measurements; consult your doctor for health decisions.
What is Household and who can join?
Household is a space where up to 8 people aged 18 or over share reminders, appointments, requests and recurring payments and keep a shared shopping list. Only what you explicitly share is visible; personal finance, Documents and health data are never shared.
How do I download my data?
With "Download my data" in Settings, all your account data, including Documents, health and household records, is downloaded as a single JSON file. Passwords, session keys and other people's personal data are not included. You can download up to 3 times in 24 hours.
