Sign up through the service provider dashboard and verify your email.

Your application is reviewed; once approved, your first month is free, and it stays free until your first customer arrives (max 6 months).

Jobs are assigned to you directly; you accept or decline within the response time.

Send a quote if needed, start the job, and complete it with before/after photos and a checklist.

The life cycle of a request

How do I find a pro on talep.ai?
Type what you need to the assistant (e.g. "I need a plumber in Kadıköy tomorrow evening") or fill in the request form. The assistant shows suitable providers serving your area and their free slots; you pick one and confirm. Our team can also assign your request to a suitable provider.
How are jobs assigned to me?
There are two ways: the customer picks you and a time that suits you in the assistant, or our team assigns the request to you based on your trade and service area. Suspended subscriptions are not included in matching.
What is the response time, and what happens if it runs out?
You're expected to respond to an assigned job within 30 minutes by default (08:00–21:00; for jobs that come in overnight, by 09:30 the next morning). You get a reminder halfway through; if time runs out, the job moves on to the next suitable provider.
How do I compare and approve quotes?
The provider's quote arrives itemized on your request page, with VAT shown separately. If there are several options (Economy, Standard, Premium), you pick one and tap "Accept". For a site visit proposal, you choose a time that suits you. Declining a quote does not cancel the job.
