01Introduction

Welcome to talep.ai. talep.ai is an online platform that provides request management and service matching services. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement governing the use of all services we offer through talep.ai and its related mobile applications (the "Platform").

When you use the Platform, these Terms form a binding agreement between you and talep.ai. By using the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

02Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and your parent or legal guardian is deemed to have accepted these Terms on your behalf.

03Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or be under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian
• Have a valid email address and contact information
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• Not have had any previous talep.ai membership suspended or terminated

The household sharing feature (shared reminders, bills and lists) is available only to users aged 18 or over; everyone who creates or joins a household confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

talep.ai reserves the right to refuse any user access to the Platform at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason.

04Account Creation

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You warrant that all information you provide when creating an account is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must keep your account password confidential and accept that you are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you believe your account has been used without authorization, you must contact us immediately.

talep.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

05User Obligations

When using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• To refrain from any actions that could compromise the security of the Platform
• Not to interfere with other users' use of the Platform
• Not to share fake content, spam, or misleading information
• Not to share content that infringes the rights of third parties
• To act honestly and transparently in transactions conducted through the Platform
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the use of the Platform

Violation of these obligations may result in the suspension or termination of your account and, where necessary, the initiation of legal proceedings.

06Messaging and User Content

Our Community Guidelines apply to messaging and every other content area of the Platform. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: harassment, hate speech, obscene or sexual content, threats, fraud, spam and sharing other people's personal data without permission are prohibited.

For your safety, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, IBANs and external links in messages are hidden automatically before they are stored. You can report and block an inappropriate message or user from within the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed and offending accounts are warned or suspended.

07Services

talep.ai is an online platform that provides request management, service matching, and related services. Our Platform connects service seekers with service providers, but does not itself provide the services directly.

talep.ai makes no warranty as to the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by service providers connected through the Platform. All agreements and transactions with service providers take place directly between the parties concerned.

talep.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform services at any time.

08Payments and Fees

Some talep.ai services may be subject to a fee. When you subscribe to or purchase our paid services, you agree to pay the specified fees. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are denominated in Turkish lira (TRY) and include VAT.

Payments are made through the secure payment methods provided on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the information relating to your payment methods, such as your credit card or bank account, is accurate and up to date.

talep.ai reserves the right to change its service fees at any time. Fee changes will apply to future transactions and not to existing subscriptions or previously purchased services.

09Health, Insurance and Credit Categories

talep.ai is an intermediary platform. It does not provide healthcare, medical diagnosis or treatment, and it does not give medical advice. Regulated services such as physiotherapy, health-related treatments and traditional and complementary medicine (for example cupping / hacamat) may only be offered by providers holding the required licences and certificates, in places permitted by law. Holding these documents and complying with the law is the provider's responsibility. Massage and similar care services are offered for professional care and relaxation only.

Reminders and records in the health module are for personal tracking only. In an emergency call 112; consult your doctor for decisions about your health.

talep.ai is not a lender, insurer, insurance intermediary or financial adviser. With your consent, insurance and credit requests are forwarded to the relevant institutions; offers, assessment, interest and contract terms are entirely theirs. talep.ai does not guarantee approval of any loan or policy.

10Service Provider Subscriptions

In the talep.ai Hizmet app, the Temel, Pro and Firma plans are offered as monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, period and any introductory offer are shown on the purchase screen. When the introductory offer ends, the subscription renews at the standard monthly price shown on that screen. The free start period offered to new service providers is not a store purchase; it is governed by the "Free Start Period" section below.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• App Store: the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Google Play: the subscription renews at the start of each period until you cancel.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in the App Store under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, and in Google Play under Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep your plan until then.
• Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled under the refund rules of the store concerned (Apple or Google).
• Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription automatically; cancel it in the store's subscription settings to stop being charged.
• Subscriptions started on the web panel (hizmet.talep.ai) are billed and managed on the web.
• The service commission on completed jobs relates to services performed in the real world and is never charged inside the app. Commission rates and tiers are governed by the "Commission and Tiers" section below.

11Free Start Period

This section governs the free start period offered to newly activated service provider accounts on talep.ai. In short: your first month is free, and it stays free until your first customer arrives. No card required. The scope and limits of this summary are set out below.

• Start: The free start period begins not at sign-up but at the moment talep.ai approves your service provider account (activates the subscription). Time spent waiting for document approval does not count towards the free period.
• Commission: No commission is charged on jobs completed during the free starting period. A job you accept during the free period is also commission-free even if it is completed after the period ends, and so is a job accepted before the period and completed during it. Commission on these jobs is never added to a payment notice later.
• Payment method and charges: No card details, other payment method, store purchase or payment notice is required to start or continue the free period. Nothing is charged to you automatically during the free period or when it ends: for subscriptions billed on the web, fees are paid only through a payment notice that you pay yourself, and for store subscriptions only through a purchase that you confirm.
• Match: In this section, a match is a service request assigned to you through the Platform and accepted by you (manually or by auto-accept, including your quote being selected by the customer). Requests only shown or suggested to you, offers you decline or whose response time runs out, requests your own customers open directly with you (including those coming through your invite link, a maintenance contract or your mini website), and requests created by a service provider acting as a customer do not count as matches.
• End: The free period ends on the later of the 30th day after approval and 30 days after your first match. This means that, except in the special cases below, the free period does not end before the 30th day after approval.
• Extension: If you have no match in the first 30 days after approval, the free period is extended automatically until your first match; at your first match, the end rule above applies.
• Cap: The extension lasts at most 180 days (about 6 months) from the end of the first 30 days. If no match occurs within this time, the free period ends at the end of it; talep.ai may review the situation and extend it. For a match that occurs before the cap, the 30-day period after the match is always granted in full.
• Anti-abuse rule: Only during the extension (after the first 30 days and before your first match), each request offered to you as a suitable candidate that you decline or do not answer within the response time is counted; each request is counted once, and declines within the first 30 days are not counted. When this count reaches 3, the extension ends and the free period ends 7 days after the date of notice; the notice is sent immediately and again 1 day before the end. A later match does not restore the extension; talep.ai may reopen the extension after a review.
• Notifications: Once the end date is known, you are reminded by email and in-app notification 7 days and 1 day before the end. You are also notified when the free period starts, when it is extended until your first customer, when your first match occurs and when the period ends.
• Plan and features: During the free period, the plan you choose (Temel/Basic by default) applies, and every plan includes at least the features of the Pro plan. During this time you can change your plan (including the Firma/Business plan and extra users) free of charge and immediately; no price difference arises from a plan change.
• After the period: When the free period ends, the monthly fee (VAT included) of the plan selected on that date, as shown on the Pricing page and the subscription screen, applies. For subscriptions billed through the web panel, the payment notice for the first paid month is issued when the free period ends and is paid via a PayTR payment link; the Platform's general late-payment rules apply to unpaid notices. Service providers who wish to continue in the app purchase a subscription through the App Store or Google Play; these subscriptions are subject to the "Service Provider Subscriptions" section.
• Store subscription during the free period: If you purchase a subscription through the App Store or Google Play during the free period, the store subscription takes effect from the moment of purchase and your free period ends.
• Job guarantee: The "No 3 jobs in the first 30 days? 1 month free" job guarantee applies separately. The guarantee credit does not extend the free period; it is deducted from the payment notice for the first paid month after the free period. Guarantee and invite credits apply to subscriptions billed on the web.
• Existing subscriptions: Existing subscriptions that are paid, overdue, suspended or cancelled continue under their own terms. Web subscriptions on a discounted introductory subscription in their first period, for which no payment notice has yet been paid, are moved to the free start period automatically.
• Changes and termination: talep.ai may change or end this offer for future activations; changes do not apply retroactively to a free period already under way. talep.ai may end the free period in the event of a breach of these Terms, abuse, or the suspension or closure of the account. A free period that has ended is not restarted.

12Commission and Tiers

This section governs the commission charged to service providers for jobs completed through the Platform and the success-based commission tiers. In short: new service providers start at 15% commission; when you meet all the criteria and apply, your rate drops by 1 point per step, down to a minimum of 5%. You cannot reach 5% while you have a negative review. The scope and limits of this summary are set out below.

• Commission: Commission is a per-job service fee charged for each job that reaches you through the Platform and is completed; it is separate from the subscription fee. It is calculated on the VAT-inclusive amount of the accepted quote (or the job amount if there is no quote). As today, jobs your own customers open directly with you (jobs of customers connected to you through your invite link, QR code or SMS invite, and maintenance contract visits for these customers) are exempt from commission. talep.ai may set a lower rate or an exemption for certain sectors; in that case the lower rate applies. If a special rate has been set for you individually, that rate applies. No commission is charged on jobs completed during the free starting period.
• Tiers: The commission rate is tiered. The default ladder starts at 15% and goes down in 1-point steps to 5% (15%, 14%, … 5%). talep.ai may set the starting rate, the lowest rate, the step size and the criteria; the current ladder and criteria are shown in the service provider panel.
• Reduction on application: You move to a lower tier only when you apply from your panel and meet all of the criteria published for that tier. The criteria consist of measures such as the number of completed jobs in an evaluation period, average rating, number of positive reviews, share of negative reviews, complaint and job-drop rates, a verified account and no open disputes. Jobs your own customers open directly with you, jobs opened by a service provider acting as a customer and jobs opened by your firm's owner or members do not count towards the criteria. Each application moves you down at most one tier, tiers cannot be skipped, and you must spend a minimum time at your current tier before applying again. talep.ai reviews applications and may also approve applications that meet the criteria automatically. talep.ai may reject an application, stating the reason, and may apply a waiting period before you can reapply.
• Rules that cannot be changed: If you have a published negative (1–2 star) review in the evaluation period, you cannot move to the 5% tier (or the lowest tier). A dispute decided against you or a complaint recorded in a satisfaction call in that period blocks the two lowest tiers (6% and 5% on the default ladder). These rules also apply to approvals by talep.ai administrators.
• Keeping a tier and stepping back: If you no longer meet the maintenance criteria of your current tier, you are first warned and given a 30-day grace period. If the criteria are met again within that period, the warning is removed; otherwise your rate moves up by one tier. Your rate never rises above the starting rate.
• Serious violations: In the event of fraud, abuse of the Platform or an upheld serious complaint, talep.ai may raise your rate immediately by one or more tiers, up to the starting rate, without a warning or grace period.
• When rate changes apply: Every rate change applies going forward and never retroactively. For each job, the lower of the rate in effect when you accepted the job and the rate in effect when it was completed applies: a reduction applies from the first job completed after the change, and an increase applies only to jobs you accept after the change. Commission on completed jobs and past payment notices do not change.
• Existing service providers: Service providers registered before tiered commission took effect keep their rate as of that date. This rate is never raised automatically, and stepping back never goes above it. These service providers can apply for lower tiers on the same terms.
• Review moderation: talep.ai moderates reviews. Reviews that are fake, obtained in return for a benefit (incentivized), abusive, contain personal data or are off-topic may be hidden, removed or flagged; hidden or removed reviews and reviews flagged as fake or incentivized do not count in tier calculations. A review removed because of abuse by the customer does not count against you. Attempting to influence reviews with fake accounts or in return for a benefit is considered abuse.
• Notifications: You are notified in the app and by email when your application is received, approved or rejected, of warnings and of rate changes.
• Rule changes: talep.ai may change the tier ladder, the criteria and the other rules in this section. Rule changes are announced in the app and by email at least 15 days before they take effect; only changes in your favour (for example, lower rates) may apply sooner. Changes never apply to completed jobs.

13App Stores

The talep.ai platform and the talep.ai and talep.ai Hizmet mobile apps are operated by Voratrix Yazılım ve Yapay Zeka Teknolojileri A.Ş. When you download the apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the terms of that store also apply in addition to these Terms. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

These Terms are between you and Voratrix. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the apps, their content, maintenance or support.

14Intellectual Property

The talep.ai platform, its content, logos, software, and other materials are the property of talep.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant talep.ai a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such content.

When using the Platform, you agree not to infringe the intellectual property rights of talep.ai or any third party.

15Limitation of Liability

talep.ai does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We provide the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

talep.ai accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, content, or services of service providers connected through the Platform. Disputes between service providers and service seekers must be resolved directly between the parties concerned.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

16Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use the Platform.

talep.ai may, at its sole discretion, for any reason and at any time, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, close your account, or remove your content.

In the event these Terms are terminated, the provisions relating to intellectual property rights, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will remain in effect.

17Changes

talep.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms take effect when they are published on the Platform.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of material changes to the Terms; however, it is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are made to the Terms means that you accept the modified Terms.
