Free for users, three plans for providers.

No. For individual users, creating requests, getting quotes, messaging and using the reminder and finance tools are free. You only pay the service provider for the service you receive, based on the quote you accept.

The free start period begins when your account is approved, not when you sign up. Your first month is free; if you have no customer match in the first 30 days, it stays free until your first match and ends 30 days after that match. A match is a request assigned to you through the platform that you accept; requests only shown to you, jobs your own customers open directly with you, and requests you create yourself as a provider don't count. You can wait up to 6 months for your first match; during the extension, if you decline or don't respond to 3 suitable requests, the extension ends with 7 days' notice. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically; you get email and in-app reminders 7 days and 1 day before it ends. During this period every plan includes at least the Pro features, and you can change plans for free. When the period ends, your chosen plan's monthly fee applies (VAT incl.: Basic ₺500, Pro ₺750, Business ₺1,250). Details are in the "Free Start Period" section of the Terms of Use.

All three include VAT, have no fee per quote and cover every provider tool. Basic (₺500/month) is for one user. Pro (₺750/month) adds priority support, advanced reports and a badge showcase. Business (₺1,250/month) includes 5 users, team management and per-member statistics; extra users are ₺150/month. During the free start period every plan includes at least the Pro features.

Choose the new plan on the Plan page in the subscription section. Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately, and the difference for the remaining days of the period is added to your next statement; moving to a lower plan applies at the end of the current period. During the free start period every plan change is free and takes effect immediately. Only the firm owner can change the plan.

No. On talep.ai there is no fee to see a request, respond to it or send a quote. Jobs are assigned to you directly by the assistant or our team; your fixed cost is the monthly plan fee. After approval your first month is free, and it stays free until your first customer arrives.

Commission applies only to completed jobs. New service providers start at 15%; each time you meet the criteria and apply from your panel, the rate drops by 1 point, down to a minimum of 5%. Providers registered before tiered commission keep their current rate. A different rate or an exemption can be set for some trades or members. Commission is calculated on the VAT-inclusive amount of the accepted quote; the lower of the rates in effect when you accepted and when the job was completed applies. Jobs your own customers open directly with you carry no commission.

New service providers start at 15% commission. When you meet criteria such as completed jobs, average rating, positive reviews and no open disputes, you apply for a reduction from your panel; each approved application lowers your rate by 1 point, down to a minimum of 5%. The current criteria are shown in your panel. If you have a negative (1–2★) review in the evaluation period, you cannot reach 5%. The new rate applies to your next jobs and completed jobs never change; existing providers' rates are never raised automatically. Details are in the "Commission and Tiers" section of the Terms of Use.

No. If a customer who connected through your invite link, QR code or SMS invite opens a job directly with you via "Request from this pro", no commission is charged when the job is completed. Normal commission applies to customers who had a platform job with you before the invite, to matched jobs and to requests from "Request a quote" on your mini website.

If fewer than 3 valid jobs are assigned to you within 30 days of your account's approval date, one month's plan fee is waived. This credit doesn't extend your free start period; it is deducted automatically from your first paid payment notice after that period ends.

If you're a service provider, one month of your plan becomes free when a provider who signed up with your invite link pays their first statement after their free start period; the credit is deducted automatically from your next paid statement (up to 3 per month). User invites carry no monetary reward; you earn a thank-you badge.

A payment notice (statement) is created for each period. The "Pay" button on the subscription page opens PayTR's secure payment page; you pay by card, and your card details are never passed to talep.ai. For bank transfer (havale/EFT) details, contact our support team.

Tap "Cancel subscription" on the subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep receiving jobs until then. You can undo the cancellation before the period ends.

Under the Terms of Use, fee changes apply to subsequent transactions, not to current subscription periods. Changes are announced in advance.

iOS and Android apps are coming soon. Until then you can use talep.ai with all its features in your phone's browser; once the apps are released, the store links will appear on the website.
